Mais pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant le Cap Ferrat qui lui permet un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 la mer et \u00e0 son yacht \u00ab Alberta \u00bb, le roi L\u00e9opold n\u2019habitera que tr\u00e8s peu ces deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.
