{"id":5947,"date":"2025-04-24T19:18:42","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T17:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/darse.fr\/v2\/?page_id=5947"},"modified":"2025-04-24T19:26:41","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T17:26:41","slug":"ottavio-scarampi-del-cairo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/darse.fr\/v2\/?page_id=5947","title":{"rendered":"OTTAVIO SCARAMPI DEL CAIRO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>LE CHEVALIER DE MALTE OTTAVIO SCARAMPI DEL CAIRO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Le tombeau d&rsquo;un marin dans l\u2019\u00e9glise de Villefranche-sur-Mer :&nbsp;<strong>le chevalier de Malte Ottavio Scarampi Del Cairo<\/strong>, commandant en chef de la Marine de Savoie et de Sardaigne, de 1714 \u00e0 &nbsp;sa mort, \u00e0 Villefranche, en 1728.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; L\u2019un de nos amis turinois,&nbsp;<strong>Aldo Antonicelli,&nbsp;<\/strong>adh\u00e9rent de longue date de l\u2019ASPMV et grand sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019histoire navale , en particulier italienne,&nbsp;s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur la vie de ce marin savoyard quasi inconnu, enterr\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9glise St Michel de Villefranche. Il a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 en reconstituer les grandes \u00e9tapes, notamment au moment ou&nbsp;<strong>Victor-Am\u00e9d\u00e9e II&nbsp;<\/strong>devenait roi de&nbsp;<strong>Sicile&nbsp;<\/strong>et plus tard (par \u00e9change forc\u00e9) roi de&nbsp;<strong>Sardaigne<\/strong>; il \u00e9tait alors crucial que la&nbsp;<strong>Savoie,<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9tat&nbsp;montagnard par essence, se dote d\u2019une flotte&nbsp;(gal\u00e8res, fr\u00e9gates et vaisseaux)&nbsp;pour son fonctionnement et sa d\u00e9fense.
